New Member Application and Renewal

For new member applicants, please fill out the New Member Application and submit along with your payment.

When applying for new membership, we request that you be sponsored by two unrelated PVTSC members who are in good standing and not related to you. 

Please send payment by check to the club's treasurer, Harold Hartman or pay online through our site.                                     

Renewals fees are due by December 31 of each year. If you are renewing, please fill out the Renewal Form .

If your new membership was accepted after October 31, you do not have to pay for renewal until the following year.
